Good location, comfortable stay
The location is great, walking by distance to central attractions and Stalin Park. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a range of breakfast options.
I wasn’t able to get the washing machine to work even though I had Alipay, would be better if the machines didn’t require an app to work. The rooms are set at 26 degrees which wasn’t far too warm- the hotel cant fix this but they did supply a fan.
highly recommended for family. They provide extra bed with good price.

Excellent
The rooms were clean and quite spacious, even for a family for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast was great, with good choices of local cuisine. Location wise- quite close to Central Street- but walking with children in the snow and cold weather can feel much longer. It's quiet compared to central location, and not many restaurants around- but there is a good Dong Bei cuisine restaurant just opposite the hotel (as recommended by the staff) Staff was excellent- we had questions before coming and the staff answered all our queries (via Booking app chat). They helped us to book driver for city tour and for our trip to Yabuli, which we truly appreciate!

The accommodation and services were excellent. However, some guests appeared to have smoked in their rooms, and the smell of cigarette smoke came into our room through the bathroom.
