Exactly what I needed in-between flights

The place is perfect for transit passengers! Very reliable pick-up service upon arrival at the airport and transfer from the hotel to the airport, no matter how early or late during the day/night you need to catch your flight.

Near to the airport. Suitable for those catching flight in the morning. And our afternoon flight arrived at abt midnight. Good service on the airport transfer.

Helpful staff despite the language barrier. In a very random location not close to the city at all but perfect for someone who needs to be close to the airport.

I really liked it! The owners were nice and friendly even though they couldn’t speak English at all. The room was big and comfortable. I had a nice time watching chinese dramas :) they also provide you the bus from the airport and even wake you up to bring you to airport again if needed

− I was actually a bit scared on my way to the airport bc I landed at Harbin at night so the driver was taking me to the hostel for about 20 mins through the streets with absolutely no lights saying nothing bc of the lack of english/Chinese skills and without any wi-fi around but it turned out well

− Hotel's staff member who was supposed to meet me at the airport was missed. He waited only 20 min after the landing. Obviously it is impossible to collect baggage and complete the passport control in 20 min time

Good for one night close to the airport

Location ten minutes from the airport. Was given two bottles of water and there were towels in the bathroom. Free pickup and drop off at the airport. Good for one night.

− If you can’t speak Chinese it’s difficult to communicate or find something to eat there.

Friendly staff (only Chinese speaking, but reception gentleman is using translating device) Free Wi-fi(note, almost all messengers are available only through VPN) Electric kettle Tea cups Cleanliness Warm room Hotel front desk and rooms are located on a second floor of the building. No elevator, so you have to pull luggage by yourself (thanks to transfer driver, he helped me with mine). Also got a bottle of water at front desk. Free transfer from/to airport.

Замечательный персонал. Встретили с табличкой в час ночи. Помогли с багажем, быстро довезли и оформили. Номер чистый удобный. Брала что б поспать немного с удобствами во время ночной пересадки. Утром разбудили и привезли обратно в аэропорт. Для тех у кого ночные пересадки - рекомендую. Это не пять звезд. Но куда удобнее спать на кровати и принять душ перед следующим полетом, чем мучиться в аэропорту на скамейках всю ночь. Цена и сервис замечательные в соотношении

− Тем кто любит 5 звезд на рубль двадцать , не рекомендую.
