Great location, walking distance to Zhongyang street and songhua river.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

The staff and the location were fantastic. The location allowed us to walk everywhere it was so central without being noisy. The staff went above and beyond to understand us even though there was a language barrier, they welcomed us with warm smiles and ensured our safety by providing a taxi that would not cost us more than the amount quoted.

− The breakfast room was far too crowded even in the suggested quiet time, so this was a disappointment we only ate there the first morning of our stay and ate out the remainder. The staff refilled any low items, yet it was very challenging to navigate around a crowded table space.

Good hotel in a good location with a rather complicated lighting system

Hotel was quiet and the location very close to the central walking street which is one of Harbin's main attractions. Hotel staff booked me a 6 am taxi when I had an early checkout to get an early flight.

− complicated system for the lights, you press a button to put the lights in "sleep mode" but it leaves two bright blue lights on in the mirror and there didn't seem any way to turn them off. Bright blue light isn't the best when you are trying to get to sleep.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

− Hopefully there is halal food for Muslim guests staying there. Because when you book the hotel breakfast will be included. But the staff are all nice and helpful even though they don't really understand and speak English.

− There is no full- length mirror in the room. There is no clothes rack in the shower room.

Great location & facilities. Staff were super helpful, I had to get a lady to make a museum reservation for me as it was all on Chinese websites and she did it so smoothly.
