Exceptional hotel

It was really exceptional, great room, bed, very helpful stuff and also, good restaurant with delicious and, actually, pretty cheap buffet. We were pleasantly surprised, and will return, for sure.

Comfortable and well-equipped room.

Spacious and well equipped room. Their shower has good water pressure. Location wise it’s next to a shopping mall and we are spoilt with different food options. The view from the room is also great!

Superb

Staff members were really friendly. Nice gym. The room I stayed in had a good view. The dinner buffet at weekends were excellent.

− 1) Somebody smoked on non-smoking floor, the floor my room was. The smell was very strong in the hallway and even I could smell it in my room. 2) The room was not cleaned thoroughly daily. 3) The breakfast buffet had extreme limited items for people who needs gluten-free food due to medical, allergy conditions.

The hotel staff food and rooms were totally amazing! You actually felt like you were a valued client. All of the staff was very helpful and understanding of needs and worked very hard to make me comfortable.

− The only thing I found a little confusing about was the heater/ac. There are air purification systems in each room and no matter what I did the room had a cold feeling but it was comfortable

Very good value, DIY laundry service is super

Pretty good hotel, convenient location, good service. Not really new renovation, but it works. The best thing is their washing machine and dryer, super good. Also the food delivery robot, very cool..

The concierge staff Noah was very friendly and helpful. The property is beside Wanda shopping mall with a big supermarket at B1. The front office team could do better with questions we had regarding the Accor membership program, however this could also be due to the lack of English proficiency. The guest room is dated and could be maintained better, twin rooms bathroom privacy blinds were fixed on the guest room side instead of the bathroom side. Both edge of the privacy blinds has a gap of 1 - 2cm, so you can see the person in the bathroom which is annoying if you like your privacy. The breakfast spread is adequate, however the buffet layout could be managed better, wirings are hanging off the appliances, coffee machine needs more attention from staff to dispose the water and coffee grounds, the live porridge station could be managed better, at times, they will just offer what is already there, so why display ingredients for individual porridge servings. Restaurant managers are hands on when busy, so that’s a good motivation to their team.

− With the Harbin ice and snow festival, part of the selling point from the hotel team could be helping guests to secure the tickets locally and help book certain rides at the festival with an admin fee.
