An excellent stay with outstanding service
Everything was amazing! The room was great, and the staff were outstanding. Especially the concierge, who helped me plan two amazing days with a car and a private driver.
The facial treatment at the spa was disappointing, but the staff handled the feedback professionally.
This Ritz has the best set of staffs, they are kind and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is very well maintained and the
One of the best Ritz locations I've been to. Very clean and awesome staffs

Excellent hotel n team!
Clean, well designed n comfortable
The lift shafts seem to be so major wind tunnel, causing huge drafts!
Great but come during the off peak period for peace of mind
Great hospitality, exceptional staff service and environment
Too many kids. Should have a kids free level
Very joyful stay.
This hotel is excellent. Although it’s not cheap, it’s well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable for me, so I ended up using a large towel as a pillow for the night. The next day, the staff proactively provided us with lower pillows. It was incredibly thoughtful. This really shows that their service is truly first-class.
Lovely day

Superb
Everything was great :-)
No EV charger … I would expect this in such hotel. So I needed to drive to a different location to find somwhere to charge.
