Great location, small but functional apartment for very reasonable price

The location is great! Next to the cable car over the river for Sun Island Snow World. 1 bedroom, the other bed is in the living room. Small kitchen, but sufficient. Own bathroom, clean and sufficient. Good shower. You can enter the building with entry codes, sobthat makes it easy. Great view on the froze river!!

− The bed in the living room is very hard, even for Chinese standards. There is not really a mattress on it. It is wood with a sort of softer layer on top of it.

Excellent location & value

The location is just 5 mins from the zhongyang street (main street) and there is a convenience store downstairs. Heater all good & there is a metro just 50m walk to the left.

Best location in Harbin

The apartment has the best location in Harbin! It’s right in front of the river, if you come on June 19th you can even see the Dragon boat race early morning. Close to two subway stations and in front of the bus station and the cable car departure for Sun Island. The ferry for Sun Island is also near by, as well as the main touristic street. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. No noises from the street or neighbours when the windows are closed.

− The mattress in the small room is very hard, and there’s full light from outside in the rooms from as early as 5 am.

Приезжали в Харбин на 3 дня, решили остановиться в этой квартире, все было супер!) квартира чистая, светлая, теплая, в ней есть все необходимое, шампуни, гели, полотенца банные и одноразовые для кухни, зубные щетки, салфетки, посуда, печка, микроволновка. Вообщем было очень удобно! Огромный плюс это расположение объекта, рядом набережная, торговые центры, пешеходная улица Арбат. Все в пешей доступности. Хозяин квартиры оказался очень хорошим человеком, дочка забыла телефон в аэропорту… Мужчина связался с аэропортом, вел с ними переговоры, забрал телефон и отправил его нашим друзьям… Даже не думала, что это возможно. Спасибо еще раз за вашу помощь, за честность и отзывчивость!!! Всем рекомендую, если будете в гостях в Харбине, то это лучшее место ☺️
