Exceptional
Super stylish and comfortable hotel. Location is perfect. I would say this place is styled as the futuristic 20-30th. Live moss on the walls of the 7th floor is something unimaginable
There was a problem with the kettle socket in room 729. And I didn't find a hairdryer socket in the bathroom. But sure that very attentive personnel will solve these problems quickly.

Would Stay Again!
The staff at the hotel was great. Be sure to have a translator available. They are great once communication is clear. The breakfast was nice, and there were a good number of options. The breakfast was relaxed, and the food was refreshed up to the last few minutes. The staff did not rush you to finish. The location is perfect. Far from the airport, but close to the fun attractions and shopping.
Beds are a bit small, and the hotel restaurant food could be better.
Wonderful stay
This is the hotel with the best location in Harbin. The Songhua River is right outside the window, and Central Street is just downstairs. Across the street, there are many chinese food, along with the famous ice cream shop, Starbucks, and McDonald’s also located downstairs. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, when I mentioned some issues with the room, they promptly arranged a room change for me. I would also like to thank the service staff on the first floor for helping me arrange courier delivery and taxi services, they were very thorough and responsible.
Housekeeping could've been better. The staff wasn't very friendly, and they didn't restock the bathroom supplies on time.
