Great trip to Harbin!

Good clean rooms with great washing machine facilities. Mrs Zhan was excellent host at breakfast buffet.

− Buffet options quite limited, seemed understaffed, staff struggling to keep up with huge demand of diners. Shower floor was partially blocked. Reception staff were somewhat rude and unhelpful.

Price is reasonable for the season. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is great!

− The room is a bit cold. Even though the technician attended very quickly to fix the aircon. The temperature didn't go up to heat up the room. We could feel cold breeze came in from the window. We came to Harbin for Ice & Snow Festival in January. None of the staff can speak English, even a little. We had to communicate with the translation app. :( We chose this hotel hoping the staff speak English as it is an IHG Group, but it didn't meet our expectations.

Excellent hotel.

Almost everything! Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite and so helpful, especially Michael. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, spacious and warm. Really big, comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Plenty of choice and good quality food at breakfast. Lilac Park metro stop nearby for those who want to use public transport. Very easy to get to the main sights. Quite an expensive hotel but worth every penny. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here.

− We had some problems with the WiFi but that could have been our UK phone and eSIM?

Great value for money.

The location is great. Relatively close to the snow world and other attractions. Comfy room with lot of sun light and clean linens. The breakfast and dinner options are decent. Also, they have another dine-in restaurant on the ground floor. Robot room service is nice.

Comfortable short stay in Harbin

Beds were comfortable.

− The location was slightly hard to get to as there was no metro station nearby.

Spacious clean rooms, quiet place (highway against the hotel was flooded, so no any noise from there). Chinese breakfast was ok.

− There is a only a few restaurants near the hotel and hotel offers only buffet.

Perfect stay in Harbin

It's my second time staying at a Holiday Inn hotel. The rooms are big, clean and modern. The breakfast and dinners are great offering a good variety of different dishes. The location is perfect, near to the Ice and Snow world and center but still quiet. The staff is friendly and is ready to help in English, but when I tried managing everything in Chinese they were so patient. They really went beyond expectations to ensure a memorable stay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come again.
