The hotel is centrally located in Harbin, not far from all the tourist attractions. Plus, the staff were very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Upscale hotel with charming staff and good facilities. We had a horizon room with club access, definitely worth it. I do have one suggestion. That some benches in the luggage trolley area would be useful in order to put on ice spikes onto...

Room was large and well-decorated in typical old-school Shangri-La style. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. ATM Machine in the Lobby which is helpful for international travellers.
