整體不錯，夜宵值得一讚，我們比較晚才到，若附近找吃的會很麻煩，剛好有夜宵，很貼心，房間也乾淨，早餐飲食種類也多。

The staff were truly outstanding - helped us sort out breakfast, called 731 museum to clarify entrance procedures (foreigners dont need reservation but need to bring passports) returned my gloves after someone else accidentally picked them...

Room was warm and comfortable, hotel location is only 10-15 minutes didi drive away to most tourist locations, free coffees and simple supper available in the kitchen every evening

All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and patient despite the language barrier. I had a wonderful stay over the Christmas period at the Atour Harbin Museum Hotel.
